Graduate Coordinator: Dr. Mark Isham

The Master of Education in secondary education degree offers two options. One is focused on advanced content for endorsement areas. The other is focused on educational methodology from various education disciplines.

This degree is for teachers seeking a master's degree while advancing their knowledge and skills in two or more education disciplines.

Both options require 21 hours of core courses as well as an additional 15 hours of advisor-approved courses. All students must meet the graduate school requirements to enroll in this program.

Contact any member of the Department of Educational Studies for your initial advisement. Mark Isham, the graduate coordinator, will assign you an advisor once you are accepted into the graduate school and the Educational Studies graduate program.
