Biography
Dr. Toglia began teaching in 1976 as a full-time high school instructor at Amphitheater High School in Tucson, Arizona and a part-time adjunct instructor at Pima Community College. In 1984, he accepted a full-time teaching position in the Business and Technology Division at New Mexico Junior College in Hobbs, New Mexico. This January, after more than 21 years at New Mexico Junior College, he will be joining the full-time faculty at Eastern New Mexico University in the Family and Consumer Sciences Department as Assistant Professor of Professional Technical Education. |
