Biography
Dr. Peca was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. She began teaching as a high school English teacher and then moved to the area of special education in junior high school for two years. After teaching high school behaviorally disordered students for two years, she became a school administrator in a northern suburb of Chicago for twelve years. In 1988, Dr. Peca moved to New Mexico and began her current position teaching education administration at Eastern New Mexico University.
