Academic Background
Dr Edwards completed her Ph.D. in Education/ Leadership in Higher Education Administration at the University of Massachusetts, Boston, MA. She received her M.A. in Education at Lesley University, MA. Dr Edwards is certified as an Infant/Toddler Development Specialist.
Scholarly Interests
Dr Edwards believes strongly in incorporating technology into professional development and educational courses. She enjoys working with children and helping them during their early childhood years.

Biography
Dr Edwards teaches early childhood education courses. She has more than fifteen years of experience in early childhood education. Dr Edwards was the Senior Manger for the Education Preparation Institute Teacher Certification Program at Lake Summer Community College in Leeseburg, Florida. Diane was also the founder/president of the National Coalition for Educational and Cultural Programs for Massachusetts.
Dr. Edwards believes strongly in incorporating technology into the curriculum for the advancement of her students.
