Ms. Cicero is certified in Child Care from ENMU. and is currently pursuing her master's degree in Elementary Education from ENMU.

Biography
Cynthia has worked in the field of early childhood education for 20 years. Her expierience includes family
child care, preschool care, church child care, child care referral service and center care with children six weeks to five years of age. She worked in the Family Reunification Program that was funded by Children, Youth, and Families Department for a year and a half before coming to Eastern New Mexico University.
