Biography
Alta Elder has been in public education for 23 years. Most of those years were in school administration. During her time in the public schools, Alta was involved in presentating a vast array of information to colleagues around the southwest. For the past two years, Alta has been working with the off campus programs of Eastern New Mexcio University. This position requires a great deal of travel to school districts in eastern New Mexico as well as the coordination of information back to the main campus.
