Biography
Dr. Garrett currently is a member of the Portales Municipal Schools Board of Education, serves on the Editorial Review Panel of The Educational Forum, and is president of the American Association for Teaching and Curriculum. He is a fellow of the Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts, Manufactures & Commerce.
